Job Summary
This role is responsible for defining, designing, governing, delivering, and supporting enterprise system solutions that enhance supply chain and asset reliability processes. With a high level of customer focus and business alignment, the Business Analyst ensures that all solutions meet or exceed business expectations.

Essential Responsibilities
- Analyze and design new business processes for the manufacturing industry, with an emphasis on supply chain and asset reliability.
- Leverage technical and functional expertise to develop solutions that integrate seamlessly with business operations.
- Partner with key business and IT stakeholders to document requirements, distinguish needs versus wants, and design solutions that fill identified gaps.
- Collaborate in developing business cases, functional specifications, and test plans to validate solutions.
- Document and maintain end-user training materials, and deliver training sessions to ensure adoption of best practices.
- Support production application issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize operational disruptions.
- Promote the adoption of agile methodologies to continuously improve solution delivery and value.
Position Requirements
Experience:
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA modules such as Material Management (MM), Plant Management (PM), Quality Management (QM), and Production Planning (PP).
- Familiarity with discrete and repetitive manufacturing processes, as well as central functions like Batch Management and Handling Units.
- Experience in SAP IBP and Lean Warehouse Management (WM) is a plus.
- Knowledge of deploying mobile and scanning solutions in industrial manufacturing settings.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, with mining industry experience considered a plus.

Education and Certifications:
