Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

The BI Analyst serves as a vital link between business objectives and data-driven solutions. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and converting these requirements into clear technical specifications for data engineers and analysts. The BI Analyst partners with stakeholders to deliver insights, generate meaningful reports, and support data-driven strategies throughout the organization.

Business Requirements Analysis

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, gather, and clarify analytics and reporting needs.
• Work closely with data engineers and analytics teams to transform business needs into technical requirements that align with organizational goals.
• Document requirements, data sources, and workflows to ensure a seamless transition to technical teams.

Data Reporting and Visualization

• Develop, validate, and manage reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to effectively present insights to stakeholders.
• Regularly review and refine data reporting processes to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
