This role focuses on supporting an executive-sponsored digital flagship program aimed at revolutionizing dealership service and parts operations through cutting-edge technology. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage projects through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and release, and ensure day-to-day project execution.Key Responsibilities: Agile Project Management
- Document user stories & program requirements
- Monitor feedback and coordinate timely resolutions
- Develop and execute test cases for UAT
- Embrace change, staying flexible and agile in a dynamic environment
- Create presentations, product documentation, and serve as a subject matter expert
Visionary Thinking
- Maintain and communicate a clear product vision to stakeholders
- Optimize business processes to drive industry-leading performance
- Create reporting systems to track trends and identify areas for improvement
- Introduce innovative features and quantify ROI for new technologies
- Develop business cases for budget considerations
- Prioritize user stories and project features based on value alignment with program goals
Collaborative Leadership
- Make decisions that maximize return on investment (ROI) and align with brand goals
- Collaborate across teams to resolve system issues and incorporate feedback
- Define and communicate clear acceptance criteria for program features
- Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end project processes and handle requirements dependencies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project execution
- Strong experience in dealership service processes (after-sales experience highly valued)
- Hands-on experience with managing user stories, backlog grooming, and prioritizing requirements
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to organize data for executive-level reviews
- Attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience seeing projects through UAT and release
Preferred Skills:
- VW/Audi dealership experience (desired, not required)
- UX design experience
- German language skills
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Automotive Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Master's Degree or equivalent preferred
