Duties: - Project Description: The Commercial Performance Management (CPM) program has been established to transform how Diageo: Commercially leverages data to generate stronger business and performance insights Grows the category leading to business and share growth Enables stronger Diageo customer partnerships - Project Scope: Commercial Performance Management program for US Diageo Beer Company Enabling easy access and speed to actionable insights, powered by consistent and accurate data, to help commercial teams making better decisions for sustainable performance in every market: Embed a fit to purpose commercial performance routines and proven global commercial standards to maximize our automated reporting solutions Increase our global data sources coverage and data quality standards, as well will enhance our current data assets Harmonized data to build predictive models using algorithms and machine learning for commercial analytics - Project Deliverables: An integrated, fit for purpose tool to inform faster and more timely actions More standardized KPI's to track the market's performance on a day-to-day Downstream integration of the harmonized data into Anaplan Additional data assets to support the KPI's and the integration Smoother user experience Deeper level of root-cause-analysis Stronger and richer business and performance insights Improved confidence in information and reliability of data Higher adoption and usage rates of CPD as the tool for performance management - Role Description: Business Analyst Understanding of business process, functional design, data analysis and the scoping of business needs related to US Beer Making sure that the requirements map to the business need being addressed, they are approved by all the appropriate stakeholders and that they meet with relevant quality standards First Point of contact for Business Product Owner Escalate to CPD NAM Product Manager any relevant technical/automation/ decisions or obstacles that interrupt project pipeline Skills: This is a Hybrid role, Manager prefers a candidate within NY CT NJ areas.
