Responsible for the capital project setup, execution, and closure through to the price filings with the government. This position also supports the price development and modeling for potential business opportunities and the continuous review, analysis and evaluation of MSG business and operational data.Key Accountabilities * Responsible for the capital project setup, execution and closure through to price filings with the government * Support the asset form expense and revenue validation process for all MSG contracts * Establish a strong business partnership with Operations and Capital personnel at the bases and Functional Leads to develop and implement business strategy * Provide analytical support to all levels of management, including the Water/Wastewater Past Performance Report and other ad-hoc reporting * Assist MSG management in maximizing the business and operational performance of the business by collecting, analyzing and evaluating MSG financial and operational data; analyzing performance problems at existing contracts and developing solutions; and ensuring the integrity of pricing for new bids and price adjustment proposals for existing contracts. * Support MSG budget development and management by participating in the operational budgeting and planning process and working with Utility Managers to identify and address budget issues. * Support business activities related to company contracts and bases, oversight of the submission of invoices, monitoring of O&M, capital, pass through and other expense tracking at a project level * Support business development, including developing financial models * Other special projects and ad hoc assignments as directed Knowledge/Skills * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Financial analysis and modeling skills * Ability to identify process improvements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Ability to effectively interact with colleagues, consultants and utility stakeholders * Strong team-working skills and ability to manage/produce in a culturally and geographically diverse, multi-company, matrix organization * Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with advanced expertTo view the full job description, click here>
