Business Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and certified nCino Business Analyst with a background in Commercial lending and a plus if they have Farm Credit experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in banking, financial services, and Farm Credit.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the nCino platform, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- nCino Configuration: Configure the nCino platform to meet business needs, including setting up workflows, forms, and reports.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using the nCino platform.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery of nCino implementations.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the nCino platform.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the nCino configuration meets business requirements and quality standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking, financial services, or Farm Credit industry.
- Certification: Certified nCino Business Analyst or equivalent certification.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and customizing the nCino platform. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred QualificationsFarm Credit Experience: Direct experience working with Farm Credit systems and understanding of agricultural lending processes.
- Degree: Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Additional Certifications: Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or other relevant areas.
- Experience with Agile: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
