Meeting with stakeholders (business, technology/developers, etc.) to understand needs and requirements for an application to support Enterprise Risk Management Training Program2. Documenting and contributing to the development of business requirements document in a clear and concise manner, using tools like use cases, user stories, or process flows3. Analyzing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make appropriate recommendations4. Explaining requirements to Technology/developer partners5. Ensuring the requirements/system meets security, data, privacy and compliance standardsSystem Design:1. Overseeing and executing business specific tasks related to system design and build2. Partnering with Technology/developers to answer requirements related questionsTesting:1. Developing and executing user acceptance test cases to ensure system meets requirements and intended functions2. Developing test data for user acceptance testing3. Identifying and reporting defects and issues to business management and the development team4. Collaborating with Technology/developers/QA team to ensure through testing coverageImplementation/Deployment:1. Working with the Technology teams to prepare and upload existing and reference data to new system2. Partnering with Technology teams to deploy system into Production3. Developing user guides, process documents/flows, training materials to provide training and support to end-users4. Providing support during the go-live phases after deployment to Production5. Documentation and Communication:1. Creating system documentation, including user manuals, system flows, process documents/flows and project plans2. Preparing user communication3. Documenting, and responding to user inquiries
