Overview The Patient Progression Manager of Business Analytics is responsible for the overall planning, management, and completion of business plans that support Patient Progression. Partners with senior leadership in support of program development, this position utilizes strategic planning, data analysis, and business management expertise to drive the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives and project plans for the Department of Patient Progression and Patient Progression Hub. This position is a key contributor to the Patient Progression leadership team and reports to the Senior Director of Patient Progression. Responsibilities Leads in developing, analyzing, and interpreting business and operational data to assist in planning, developing, and promoting key Patient Progression initiatives, reporting, and benchmarking. Data Analysis-Provides executives and leaders the business and operations data and strategic planning support needed to positively impact the services, programs, and financial outcomes of Patient Progression. Leads the application of data to process and quality improvement initiatives within Patient Progression. Provides formal and informal education related to data-based operations; applying new knowledge and innovative strategies to advance improvements in Patient Progression Qualifications Master's Degree Health Care, Public Health, Business or related field 5-7 years experience Preferred related work experience in the field of health care management, quality improvement, strategic planning, or business management. The pay range for this job begins at $32.57/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience. Remote Work/Work from Home This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children's Mercy locations and may not work from home.
