Merrill Private Wealth Management, International and Institutional is a division of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management that offers a broad array of personalized wealth management products and services. This group provides tailored solutions to meet the sophisticated needs of ultra-high net worth individuals and institutions. The Business Analyst is responsible for providing business metric and program analysis, report management, and project support at several different levels. The position requires the incumbent to have diverse administrative expertise and to oversee various policies, programs, and initiatives, to be able to think strategically, as well as perform in a proactive manner with limited supervision. The position also requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with field management, and work closely with other organizations within the LOB. This particular position will be critical in strengthening the business oversight framework for Private Wealth Management, International and Institutional Businesses that require the support of a Business Analyst, specifically around creating reporting, and tracking business metrics.

  • Proficiency with Macros and advanced Excel analysis
  • Ability to write SQL
  • Detail oriented with ability to work independently and drive issues to completion with limited supervision
Desired Skills
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Prior knowledge of financial products, policies & procedures is highly preferred
  • Merrill Lynch Wealth Management experience preferred
  • 3+ year of experience supporting a senior level manager within the financial services field or relevant experience
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) required. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40
