Position Summary:
The Business Analyst QA is a key contributor to delivering high-quality products that align with business goals and exceed user expectations. Working closely with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders, the Business Analyst QA ensures the seamless execution of the product roadmap by identifying and resolving technical issues, validating functionality, and enhancing user experiences. This role combines a detail-oriented approach to quality assurance with a collaborative mindset to drive operational efficiency, support clinical programs, and deliver innovative solutions that benefit all Capital Rx members and clients.
Position Responsibilities:
Identify, Investigate and triage technical issues within the JUDI tech stack, identifying root causes and solutions.
Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable test requirements and test plans.
Conduct thorough QA tasks, including ticket review, refinement, testing, and bug identification.
Monitor and analyze system logs to validate application functionality and resolve issues.
Partner with the scrum team to manage backlogs, refine tickets, and support roadmap development.
Assist with UAT testing, stakeholder communication, and documentation to align team efforts with business goals.
Ensure adherence to company policies, including timely reporting of noncompliance.
Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
1+ years of experience in a QA Analyst, Software Eng, or BA related roles.
Knowledge in PBM is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows
Experience with GitHub or similar source control repositories.
Proficiency in Python programming is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate between technical and not technical audiences both verbally and in writing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details and QA principles
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with intellectual curiosity and professional growth.
Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
