You'll work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs, document requirements, and analyze data to drive decision-making and process improvement initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis while contributing to the success and growth of our organization.Some of what you will do:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and project charters.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of solutions to meet business needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of software applications or systems.
  • Provide support during the implementation phase, including user training and documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.What will help you be successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic understanding of databases and SQL
  • Familiarity with business process modeling
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Prior internship or work experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
