Our client, an international bank, is seeking a Business Analyst-Salesforce to join their team. As a Business Analyst-Salesforce, you will be part of the MIS dashboard projects supporting investment banking teams, CRM users, finance, HR, and other departments. The ideal candidate will have strong data and BI skills, experience in the investment banking or financial services industry, and proficiency in Agile methodology.Job Title: Business Analyst-SalesforceLocation: Jersey City, New Jersey (Remote-1 day in office)Pay Range: $70/hrWhat's the Job?Act as the lead for multiple MIS dashboard projects, managing the end-to-end process from initial discovery through to deployment and user trainingEngage with investment banking teams, CRM users, finance, HR, and other departments to understand their reporting and data visualization needs. Document business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsCollaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and KPIs. Help create mockups and wireframes of dashboard designs to visually represent proposed solutionsFacilitate communication between business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders. Ensure that all parties are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Identify risk and issues, lead communication and resolutionLead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the final product meets business expectations.
