Our Client, a Technology company, is looking for Business Analyst - Scaled Support for their San Bruno, CA/Hybrid location Responsibilities: Scaled Support Solutions is a global team working to ensure our users get the most out of Client We provide dedicated and scaled support, and scaled partnership management to ensure that all users can thrive within the Client ecosystem. We support all Client users -viewers, paid users and subscribers, and creators, artists and media companies globally, through scaled and high touch experiences. The Help Center & EDU (H/EDU) Content team is a global team working to provide differentiated support excellence at scale. We support all Users and Products through scaled support and education to help Users help themselves and obviate the need to contact High Touch Support. Requirements Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, generate and evaluate potential solutions, and use data to enhance business planning and strategies. Dashboard creation and presentation skills: Ability to link, report, and analyze metrics using available data, and to create effective presentations tailored to the audience. Proactively identify and address opportunities or gaps in systems and workflows, and lead teams to achieve large-scale business outcomes. Advanced statistical knowledge: Familiarity with advanced statistical methods for data analysis, including sample adequacy evaluation, inference drawing, and problem-solving. Please note that MQs are basic, certifiable, typically non-negotiable qualifications that a candidate must have to be considered for the role (e.g. education degrees, professional accreditations). Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. 1 year of experience manipulating datasets, creating dashboards, and performing data analysis using SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, etc.). Experience converting data into actionable insights & enabling the team to deploy learnings. Experience in work environments with ambiguity with deadlines. Experience creating executive communications (memos, slide decks, etc.) and presenting to non-technical/analytics audiences.Preferred qualifications: Master's in a quantitative or scientific discipline (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Physics, Engineering). Experience designing data models or table schema. Experience in application of machine learning like supervised/unsupervised learning, forecasting, predictive modeling etc. Experience working in consulting, direct to consumer or similar industries. Experience working with multiple functions/domains and managing end to end projects Why Should You Apply?
