Title: Business Analyst - Sherpa ERP

Location: HYBRID in San Antonio, TX

Duration: 1-year contract (extensions possible)

Pay Rate: $52-58/hour (depending on experience)

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst specializing in Serpa ERP software
• Hands on experience with process mapping tools such as: Visio, Planview PPM Pro
• 5+ years experience working directly with system integrators on Sherpa implementations
• Experience configuring Sherpa ERP product based on customer requirements and specifications
• Ability to analyze and integrate data sources from legacy or customer systems into SAP
• Experience using Jira for user acceptance testing, creating test scenarios, cases, and plans

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Sherpa ERP Business Analyst specializing in San Antonio, Texas. The client is sunsetting a legacy SAP platform and moving into Sherpa ERP. This person will be responsible for reading business process documentation to better understand the environment and architecture along with producing test scenarios. They will also be participating in stakeholder workshops, helping design the to be state and extract necessary information to take to user acceptance testing. They need experience developing and executing test plans to ensure system functionality and performance. This person must have great communication as they will be working with stakeholders, project management experience as well as analytical skills. This project will be starting at the implementation phase and this person will need to have experience working on projects from start to finish.

IG Consultants: While on contract, you will be an Insight Global employee working for a particular company/end client on W2.

• Pay Day: You will be paid out each Friday and one week in arrears. This means you will receive payment for this week's hours next Friday.
• Holidays/Time Off: While a consultant through Insight Global, the hours you work are they hours you will be paid. We do not offer paid sick days, paid time off, or paid holidays, except as required by applicable law.
