Amazon Global Workforce Staffing (WFS) generates demand for the Amazon hourly brand, and converts that interest into new hires.The WFS Business Planning team is looking for someone to support with vendor management and financial analysis, to provide insights and recommendations to marketing, recruiting, operations, and leadership teams. Using cutting-edge generative AI capabilities, this role will drive insights, define metrics, develop models and dashboards, and lead data analysis projects to optimize WFS's controllable spending.Key job responsibilities:
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience- 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience- Bachelor's degree- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights- Experience with Excel- Experience with SQL- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- MBA
