Position SummaryThe Business Analytics Lead Analyst will focus on and help manage the client data delivery process, ensuring it meets the client requirements and quality standards.Role and ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate and complete data for client deliverables.Ensure timely data delivery according to the schedule.Perform initial root cause and quality control analysis on client deliverables to assess any issues that may arise.Help create and maintain an ongoing data surveillance process to enable monitoring of recurring data delivery to clients.Assist with new client onboarding. Clearly defining the format and schedule for data delivery.Work to setup appropriate data delivery methods, e.g. SFTP, S3, Snowflake based on client requirements.Troubleshoot any data delivery issues, identifying root causes and working with the appropriate teams to resolve.Collaborate and work internally with our Forsyth teams answering questions around our data.QualificationsAt least 2 years of healthcare analytics experience, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required. Effectively communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment; operates well with ambiguity.Proficiency in data manipulation tools (SQL, Python) and data warehousing (Databricks).Alteryx or Snowflake knowledge a plus.Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation.If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.About Evernorth Health ServicesEvernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
