The primary role of adjunct faculty is to facilitate student learning by using effective methods of teaching. Faculty enhance the learning process through educational and discipline-specific professional and development activities. Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess an earned MBA or a master's degree in Human Resources AND additional work experience in the field of Human Resources. The best candidate will have some experience teaching in a community college setting.Classes are offered in person during the day, candidate with open availability preferred. In special circumstances, course pay (compensation) may be higher for hard to staff courses or may be lower for low enrollment courses.
