Qualifications:
* University degree in Finance, Business, Economics or any equivalent
* Fluency in Spanish is a requirement
* Preferred: 1 to 3 years' experience in the financial services or related industry.
* Domain knowledge and experience in payments operations, transaction banking, ISO 20022, securities, trade finance will be an advantage
* Experience in customer facing activities and is able to speak with credibility at training course delivery, industry events and working groups
* Possess independent and analytical mind set to execute the realization and implementation of any projects
* Exposure to Swift business is an asset
Responsibilities
* Provide consulting services to customers in relation to Swift products and services, such as gpi/business advisory, data analytics and Swift's financial crime compliance suite
* Deliver training courses about payments to financial institutions across North America and Latin America
* Execute on Swift's customer success strategy by ensuring adoption and successful usage of Swift products
* Deliver standards consulting services to customers which may require expertise in the related financial standard messages such as MT, ISO 15022 and ISO 20022
* Ensure responsible services are well prioritized and delivered on time and within budget, and in line with Swift's project management methodology
* Liaise with internal partners for pre-delivery, delivery and post-delivery project follow up: product management, internal reporting, GTM, account management, customer support etc.
* Lead multiple projects simultaneously (i.e. Project kick-off planning, scheduling, coordination and administration of engagements)

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Virginia is $75,740.00 to $140,660.00 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
