Senior Consultant IT/Business Client is seeking a Senior Consultant IT/Business to support strategic assessments, discovery, and analysis, initiative identification, and roadmap development. The role is hybrid with occasional travel to run workshops. Travel expenses covered by the client. Open to remote for strong candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic assessments of IT systems, Program of Work, and business strategy
- Analyze existing IT and OT capabilities and identify gaps
- Review data, application, and infrastructure architectures
- Develop Results Chain linking investments to business outcomes
- Identify and assess initiatives, including ServiceNow, and prioritize based on business value, investment, and risks
- Create a 3-5 year roadmap of initiatives and develop a Benefits Realization Plan
- Identify high-level risks and Organizational Change Management considerations
- Produce deliverables: IT Strategic Roadmap, prioritized initiative list, Benefits Realization Plan, and Investment Plan
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of IT systems and strategy
- Experience in business analysis
- Ability to analyze IT and OT capabilities
- Ability to conduct executive interviews and prepare strategic documents
- Experience in initiative identification, prioritization, and roadmap development
- Based in or willing to travel to Manitowoc, WI (10-15% onsite)
- Travel required for 2 sessions, 2 days each for workshops
- Open to remote for strong candidates
