Business Coordinator- Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana is expanding, and we're looking for an exceptional Business Coordinator to join our team! This full-time (36-40 hours) role supports our mission by assisting in the daily operations of the organization and working closely with the Director of Administration to drive continuous improvement. As a key member of our team, you'll help ensure smooth business operations, uphold strong business acumen, and foster a culture of excellence.

A Day in the Life of As a Business Coordinator

The Business Coordinator will support the Director of Administration in overseeing the financial and business operations of the organization. This role will have a mix of administrative, financial, and collaborative tasks including data entry, vendor management, and accounting bookkeeping. The coordinator will also focus on tasks related to improving workflows to enhance organizational operations.

What you Need to Qualify for this Job

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, nonprofit management or related field. Candidates who are on track to complete their degree by 2025 are encouraged to apply
  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or operational role within human services and/or nonprofit is preferred.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, bookkeeping, and expense tracking; familiarity with QuickBooks online (QBO) or similar accounting software
