Collaborate with various business units and/or development teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.Communicate, recommend, and implement business process improvements based on data analysis findings, when needed.Ability to identify and interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets.Will utilize basic understanding of performance optimization techniques to compose performant SQL queries.Utilize data modeling tools such ERwin to understand the relationships between datasets in EDP and share knowledge with others.Utilize data analysis tools such as Power BI, Amazon Quicksight, or similar for creating visualizations and dashboards.Test business processes, help identify data issues, help with UAT, and document findings.Build relationships with business product owners and practitioners, as well as executive leadership teams.Skills Excellent SQL skills.Problem-solving skills.Analytical and quantitative skills.Ability to work in a team as well as, independently.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Good story telling and presentation skills.Good leadership skills to be able to manage other BAs and conduct BA/DA community-of-practice sessions.Curious and persistent by nature, with a bias for action.Nice to haves
