The Shop By Interest team helps customers discover and curate ideas, interests and products based on recommendations from social media influencers, creators, brands and publishers they trust. We bring window shopping online with visually rich, photo and video-first experiences that make customers feel acknowledged, entertained and inspired. We focus on the joy of shopping by enabling customers to shop by interest, topic or recommendation source.THE ROLE. This role is responsible for bringing creators to new social commerce programs we're building that celebrates creators that authentically create content around their favorite interests. This role will manage the onboarding, oversight, and recruitment of social media influencers in new programs. This role will work alongside the product team to evolve customer-facing initiatives to bring engaging content to Amazon's window-shopping experience.Key job responsibilitiesUnderstands and effectively negotiates within the boundaries of acceptable deal terms for the creator program.Strong influencing and negotiation skills.Can lead their own deals with limited oversight from others.Lead creator recruitment for rapidly growing program.Onboard and train creators on best practices, expectations, and guidelines for new content.Track monthly deliverables from creators.Create contracts and manage payment for all creators in the program.Deliver feedback to creators.Document and track program success.Basic Qualifications3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experienceBachelor's degreeExperience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar softwareExperience in setting up and managing a sales pipelinePreferred QualificationsExperience interpreting data and making business recommendationsExperience in online advertising or high-tech products/servicesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $74,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $159,200/year in our highest geographic market.
