For more information, visit and connect with us on About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Associate Director, Click SE to join our Business Development team. This role is responsible for request for proposal (RFP) generation with pharma to create software-enhanced dosage forms of their drugs. This position can be based out of Click's headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities or at our industrious office in Boston, MA. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 3 days in office each week. Responsibilities:
  • RFP Generation & Qualification:
    • Identify decision-makers within target markets.
    • Qualify leads to assess needs and business potential.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in the CRM.
    • Software-Enhanced Drugs Pipeline Development:
      • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of BD opportunities with pharma to create software-enhanced dosage forms of their drugs.
      • Work closely with marketing teams to develop strategies for growing the software-enhanced drugs RFP pipeline.
      • Networking & Relationship Building:
        • Actively participate in networking events, trade shows, webinars, and industry meetups to build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
        • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and customers.
        • Collaboration with BD & Marketing Teams:
          • Work closely with marketing to align RFP generation activities with the company's overall marketing strategy.
          • Coordinate with the BD team to transition qualified RFPs smoothly and effectively.
          • Share market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to help refine product offerings and messaging. Qualifications:
            • Bachelor's degree required.
            • 7+ years of experience in life sciences industry required.
            • Proven experience in a similar RFP generation, pre-sales, or business development role.
            • Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline development.
            • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
            • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
            • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
            • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
            • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: The base salary range for this position is between: $150,000 - $180,000. The final base salary will be dependent upon skills, experience and location. In addition to the base salary, Click Therapeutics offers an annual performance-based cash bonus and a generous equity package.
