Position Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an inside sales background to join our Business Development Team. This position's main goal is to take a prospect from lead generation to close, as well as ensure a smooth transition and onboarding. Areas include but are not limited to the following: identifying and qualifying candidates through recruiting efforts, conducting deeper dive discoveries, facilitating introductions, initiating agreements, follow up, training, and onboarding. This role will also be responsible for managing interns who support the efforts for this program.
