Job Description:Pettus Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Farmington is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Agent to join our team. As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for handling inbound leads, answering calls, setting appointments, and proactively prospecting customers. Your role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and driving the success of our dealership.Key Responsibilities:•Manage Inbound Leads: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.•Set Appointments: Schedule customer visits to the dealership, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.•Prospect for Customers: Reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate business opportunities.•Build Customer Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with customers, delivering a positive first impression of our dealership.•Maintain CRM Accuracy: Accurately input and manage customer information in the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.•Meet Performance Goals: Achieve or exceed appointment-setting and customer engagement targets as determined by management.•Stay Product Knowledgeable: Remain informed about our inventory, promotions, and services to effectively address customer questions and promote offerings.•Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.Qualifications:•Experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is preferred.•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.•Highly organized with excellent time management skills.•Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.•Proficiency with CRM software (Vin Solutions) and basic computer applications.•Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.Compensation:•Performance-Based Pay: Competitive base salary with bonuses based on individual performance.
