Sie sind verantwortlich fr die Planung, Umsetzung und Koordination verschiedener administrativer und strategischer HR-Funktionen fr die Ihnen zugewiesenen Lnder.Ihre Aufgaben:HR-Untersttzung & Beratung:
  • Beratung von Fhrungskrften in den zugewiesenen Lndern, um nachhaltige Geschftsergebnisse sicherzustellen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fhrungskrften, um eine positive und effektive Arbeitskultur zu frdern.
  • Untersttzung beim Performance-Management, der Talententwicklung und der Mitarbeiterbindung in bereinstimmung mit Unternehmens- und Lnderstandards.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
  • Steuerung des lokalen Rekrutierungsprozesses:
    • Planung und Buchung von Interviews
    • Durchfhrung von HR-Interviews
    • Feedbackgesprche mit Bewerbern zur Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Experience
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem EMEA HR Ops & Talent Acquisition Manager zur Erarbeitung einer Einstellungsstrategie pro Position.
HR-Administration & Compliance:
  • Sicherstellung, dass alle arbeitsrechtlichen Dokumente (Arbeitsvertrge, Gehaltsabrechnungen, lokale Benefits etc.) korrekt und fristgerecht erstellt, unterzeichnet und abgelegt werden.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Payroll-Dienstleistern, um eine korrekte und pnktliche Gehaltsabrechnung sicherzustellen.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorschriften (Arbeitsrecht, Sozialversicherung, Datenschutz, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften) auf lokaler, regionaler und europischer Ebene.
  • Untersttzung der lokalen Fhrungskrfte mit rechtlicher und Compliance-Beratung.
Vergtung & Mitarbeiterentwicklung:
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanzteam zur Erstellung von Zielvereinbarungen und Provisionsabrechnungen.
  • Durchfhrung von Workforce Planning, Headcount- und Vergtungsanalysen, um marktgerechte Gehaltsstrukturen sicherzustellen.
  • Untersttzung bei Change-Management- und Organisationsentwicklungsprozessen.
Unternehmenskultur & globale HR-Untersttzung:
  • Frderung der Unternehmenskultur und der Kernwerte von Hydrafacial.
  • Untersttzung des globalen HR-Teams bei Projekten und Initiativen.
Weitere Aufgaben nach Bedarf.Ihr Profil:Erforderlich:
  • 5-7 Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in HR, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fhrungskrften und Verstndnis fr geschftsrelevante HR-Hebel.
  • Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie in organisatorischer Planung und Analyse.
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz (EQ) sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfhigkeiten (schriftlich & mndlich).
  • Fhigkeit, Fhrungskrfte effektiv zu coachen.
  • Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse und Interpretation von HR-Kennzahlen.
  • Flieende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss.
  • Flieende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch

This position is in charge of the end-to-end HR-journey of the employees within the country, partnering with the senior leaders. This position is responsible for planning, executing on and coordinating various human resources administrative and strategic functions for the assigned country/ies. What you'll do: Job Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to business leaders in the assigned country/ies to ensure a successful and sustainable business result is delivered.
  • Manage the local recruitment process & candidate communications by booking interviews for all stakeholders, conducting HR interviews, debriefing with interviewers, offering the successful candidate and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates on a timely manner to deliver good candidate experience.
  • Partner with the EMEA HR Ops & Talent Acquisition Manager on the hiring strategy per position.
  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to the internal client group within the assigned country/ies to: a) create positive and effective working relationship, b) build employee engagement, c) manage performance, d) retain and develop talent, in a collaborative environment compliant with country & company standards.
  • Ensure all employee administrative documents that are required in the country are prepared, delivered to the employee for signature (where necessary) and stored in the employee files on a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the local payroll provider to ensure the payroll process is accurate and on-time.
  • Collaborate with Finance to prepare the Sales targets letters and commission payments.
  • Manage all employee labor relations matters in a compliant and confidential manner under country and company standards while providing guidance starting at the onboarding-stage, to performance management, coaching, career development, training and succession planning.
  • Provide legal & compliance advice to the local country leader/s as required.
  • Ensure that the company is compliant with labour- social- H&S- data- legislations and policies in place at local/ regional/ European/ company- level Including administrative tasks (such as contracts, payroll preparation, local benefit administration).
  • Develop, facilitate and execute change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Conduct workforce planning, headcount analysis and ad hoc compensation analysis (competitive market pricing for positions) within the assigned country/ies and share findings with the global total rewards leader.
  • Contribute to establish the appropriate corporate culture and the Company values.
  • Support the Global HR team as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you need to know: Experience/Skills/Education Required:
  • 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience; at least BA/BS or HR equivalent degree.
  • HRBP that is actively engaged in the business that understands what levers to pull to achieve results and build strong, productive relationships.
  • Experience in labor relations, sense of organization, planning and analysis.
  • High EQ with effective verbal- and written communicator skills.
  • Ability to coach the leaders within the organization.
  • Aptitude for analyzing data and finding the story behind the numbers and facts.
  • Fluency in German and English.
Desired:
  • Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.
  • Other language skills.
