- Stay abreast of industry trends and activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of staffing solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record in business development within the staffing industry.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably within IT staffing.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Organizational and time management skills.
