- 100% paid for benefits (Health, medical, dental, vision) - 100% Remote - Base salary + Bonus + Equity package - Positive culture and long term growth opportunities at a high growth startup - PTO, 401K + match, and much more!Job DetailsAs the Business Development Lead, you will: - Develop and execute strategies to build and expand the blockchain ecosystem. - Cultivate partnerships with RWA issuers, dApp developers, and technology providers. - Identify and close impactful deals that enhance adoption, tokenization volume, and liquidity in the Asian market. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor onboarding experiences and solutions to regional partners. - Represent the company at key industry events, building awareness and connections within Asia's blockchain and fintech ecosystem. - Serve as a cultural and linguistic bridge to support seamless communication and collaboration between the team and regional partners. - Lead partner onboarding, ensuring a smooth and successful integration process. - Maintain strong, long-term relationships with ecosystem partners and stakeholders. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine the partner experience. - Represent the company at industry events, driving awareness and building connections. - Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through blogs, panels, and other media.What You Bring: - 6+ years of experience in BD, partnerships, and ecosystem development within Fintech, with at least 2 years in the crypto native space - Knowledgeable and genuine interest of blockchain technology, tokenization frameworks, and decentralized systems. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders. - Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, with a strategic approach to driving growth. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Experience organizing and representing organizations at industry events. - Experience using analytics tools with the ability to track performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.Interested in hearing more?
