Job Title: Business Development Lead, Private ClientDepartment: Business DevelopmentReports to: Director, Business DevelopmentFLSA Status: EXEMPTSummary:The Business Development Lead will support the Business Development team in executing their strategy for communicating and promoting CAF America's services to our core target audiences (Individual & Family Donors, US Foundations, Corporations & Corporate foundations, and Foreign Charities). This role will have a priority focus on Individual & Family Donors and their advisors including financial advisors, attorneys, accountants and philanthropic advisors. They will be responsible for growing, managing and tracking their business development activity with the goal of transitioning prospects to clients. Networking, prospect and advisor presentations and consistent proactive outreach will be among the primary strategies the Business Development Lead will implement, among others.Duties and Responsibilities:Support the Director of Business Development to build and implement strategy for promoting CAF America's services to our core target audiences, Private Clients - Individual & Family Donors, US Foundations, Corporations & Corporate foundations, and Foreign Charities, with a priority focus on Private Clients and their advisors.Develop and implement strategies, including 1 on 1 and team presentations, for promoting charitable giving broadly, and CAF America services specifically, to professional advisors including financial advisors, accountants, attorneys, and philanthropic advisors.Develop a deep understanding of CAF America's mission, products and services, and value proposition for each of CAF America's audiences.Represent CAF America at designated conferences and events around the US and internationally to network and cultivate relationships with prospective clients and professional advisors.Consistently execute processes for managing and tracking prospects through the new business pipeline, in a timely manner, with a focus on converting prospects to clients.Support Business Development team members to support and meet overall Business Development team goals.Collaborates with thought leadership and business development teams to develop communications.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
