Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-desk staffing professional to join our Workforce Solutions team. The ideal candidate will manage the entire recruitment process, from client development and acquisition to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and successful hiring experience for all parties involved. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the recruitment industry. We are looking for specific staffing (business development, account management, and recruiting) in Information Technology, Engineering, or Accounting and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings to discuss job requirements, company culture, and recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights and guidance on hiring trends.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening of candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the client's organization.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Placement and Follow-Up:

  • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Provide feedback to both clients and candidates post-interview and manage the offer negotiation process.
  • Follow up with placed candidates to ensure a smooth transition and successful integration into the client's organization.

Market Research and Networking:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and identify potential business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full desk recruiting, preferably in a direct hire capacity.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting for specific industries such as IT, Accounting/Finance, Engineering, and/or other industry domains.
  • Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position with a standard workweek.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.
