Summary Join the prestigious Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort as a Club Membership Sales /Member Relations Liaison Manager! We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused individual to increase our overall membership count by attracting new members and retaining existing ones. This role involves direct solicitation within and outside the resort to homeowners, excellent communication with members, and be able to provide professional conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, attend membership events, and actively promote the benefits of being a Sandestin Club Member through various marketing and sales strategies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the Real Estate, Marketing team and other resort members to design and sell membership packages that drive desired sales results. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with owners to develop a robust referral program. Data Management: Ensure new membership information is accurate and updated in all databases. Cross-Department Communication: Work closely with Directors of ROR, General Manager of Clubs, Director of Golf, Director of Activities, Director of Tennis, and Real Estate to ensure seamless communication across all channels. Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on all sales calls and member inquiries with a sense of urgency. Reporting: Create detailed month-end reports on call captures, call sources, membership conversions, offline activities, and loss of business. Promotional Mailings: Conduct mailings to promote club memberships. Resort Tours: Provide tours of resort amenities for potential owners and walk-in clients. Event Organization: Organize and host events to attract new customers to the membership programs. Marketing Tools: Work with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop effective marketing tools for membership promotion. Supervision: Oversee daily operations of the Club Operations Team. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in closing sales.

- Customer Service: Strong customer service focus with the ability to self-motivate and multi-task.

- Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle pressure and communicate effectively with various personality types.
License Requirements
- Valid driver's license for at least three years, with no major violations and no more than two minor violations in the past three years.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear.
- Able to walk throughout the Clubs during tours.
- Going up and down stairs.
- Walking in the natural elements.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
