Job Summary:
Assist the Country manager in sales and be directly responsible for revenue generation from specified geographical areas and achieving set targets on all core products AI/ SI /SE/AE & WM
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying business opportunities and potential clients in targeted segments to secure profitable business through proper evaluation of market intelligence. Handling Business Development as getting empaneled with new companies & providing them with 100 % Logistics Solutions. Enter outcomes of client visits on the system. Give periodic courtesy calls to clients to take feedback and to check for new business. Complete RFQs, and support/direct Inside Sales for ongoing rate quotations. Understand the competitive landscape and internal cost structure to offer profitable pricing. Establish SOPs for customer service and operations dept to handle new accounts. Evaluate customers need for credit and complete credit application documentation (if needed). Ensure collections on time from all invoices for the accounts department. Preparation and submission of weekly call notes, client profiles, and weekly sales reports in e-freight suite package Required Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa Status*
