Position OverviewThe Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of our organization by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to expand market presence. This position requires a proactive approach to business development and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the chemical manufacturing sector.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional client service and support throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness of business development strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client service.
- Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
