We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

The Business Development Manager will drive the growth and expansion of our semiconductor business by generating demand, managing leads, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the semiconductor market, capable of identifying new opportunities and coordinating with technical marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives. This individual will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical teams and customers, ensuring the alignment of business development strategies with market needs and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Lead Management

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive interest and engagement in our semiconductor solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage leads through the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and implement targeted campaigns, webinars, and events to generate interest in emerging markets and applications.

Market Analysis & Strategy Development

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on semiconductor industry trends, including AI, IoT, 5G, and automotive applications.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
  • Facilitate technical discussions between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on product requirements and solutions.

Coordination with Technical Marketing & Sales Teams

  • Partner with technical marketing teams to develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to create account plans and strategies for key customers and regions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address technical questions, requirements, and challenges.

Performance & Growth Management

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, lead generation, and customer acquisition targets.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and market share growth.
  • Identify and lead business development opportunities in new markets, technologies, and geographies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or demand generation in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor products, technologies, and market dynamics, preferably focused on analog and power semiconductors.
