It's a new industry we're opening in Embedded Finance.About the roleWe are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who is motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess a foundational understanding of the following: Prospecting and lead generation, including cold-calling Basics of Salesforce or a similar CRM system Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and marketing teams The opportunity for advancement to build and lead a team, potentially progressing to a BDM. Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an BDR position Prior experience in a fintech infrastructure company Proficiency in mid-market/SME sales Assisting in pipeline development, from lead generation to initial outreach Experience in a FinTech/Payments/SaaS solutions organization with a more technical and customizable product Generating new opportunities through targeted outbound activity, cold-calling, networking, and referrals Utilizing data-driven metrics and funnels to monitor sales performance, develop initiatives, and identify obstacles.
