Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) with 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and managing existing accounts. The BDR will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, develop strategies, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent account management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.
- Report on sales activities, goals, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or account management.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
