We're on the lookout for a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team and help us conquer new horizons! The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by making initial contact with potential customers and educate them on the impact our products can have on their organization. This is a pivotal role in identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities, securing new accounts, and turning leads into prospects. The pay range for this position, based out of Syracuse, NY, is $45,000 - $75,000. This range includes a base salary and incentive. There is no cap on incentive earnings. The base pay offered will vary based on applicant's relevant skills, education, experience, certifications, and geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs. What you'll be doing:
- Identify and research potential clients and markets
- Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results
What we're looking for:
- Associate degree or at least two years of sales experience in a quota bearing position and/or appointment setting experience
- Must be coachable and be able to apply new concepts quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
