Responsibilities - Establish Charles Taylor Environmental as a leading Remediation, Abatement, and Assessments services brand
- Develop, implement, and execute a local multi-year sales strategy targeting Pre and Post Assessments relationships of substantial scale.
- Develop and execute multi-channel sale campaigns leveraging cold calling, social media, in-person sales events, and general / industry marketing events
- Build strategic and targeted relationships that drive revenue growth
- Develop, Implement and Lead specific client pursuit plans
- Partner with Charles Taylor Environmental team SME's to leverage their technical expertise and industry insights to influence and close new opportunities.
- Partner with Charles Taylor Environmental leadership and various Charles Taylor teams to enhance the strategic sales planning process.
- Attend client events and find ongoing promotional opportunities for the company.
- Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings, emerging trends, and acquisition opportunities.
Candidate Profile The Environmental Sales Manager will be a hands-on B2B sales person with a history of sales success within the Building, Construction, Property Management, Real Estate, Insurance or Environmental space. Ideal candidates possess a fundamental technical sales skills, drive, energy, and executive presence, demonstrating the ability to quickly build relationships and close new business opportunities. Candidates with understanding of environmental sampling, consulting, remediation, abatement, and assessments protocols are value added
Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences. Though each of the following items is not a requirement, a compelling combination of the following is a must:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of work experience in sales, business development, focused on B2B sales within the Building, Construction, Property Management, Real Estate, Insurance or Environmental space
- Capable of forging relationships and developing influence at all levels of the enterprise.
- Ability to establish and execute a targeted sales marketing campaign, leveraging; social media, cold calling, in-person sales calls, and general marketing events
- Success in a startup environment, building teams, band, and process in white space
- The ability to see market trends and simultaneously tying back to strategy and action plans in the short term.
