The ideal BDR candidate wants to excel at a career in sales and demonstrates a solid understanding of inside sales strategies. The BDR brings a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn new systems, offers data entry accuracy, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle shifting priorities effectively. The BDR must possess strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external customers and business partners, work as part o f a team and possess strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to prospects and customers in a meaningful and professional manner. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect - identify and research potential customers to understand their business and educate them on the value in working with Technium through a high- volume of touchpoints.
• Develop relationships with potential customers through outbound phone cold calling, email and other forms of social media that connects with the prospect. • Aligns with Account Managers on target prospects and collaboratively pursues those prospects from a mutually coordinated plan of attack. • Periodically attend events as requested by Manager. • Works with key partners to jointly prospect and find new business. • Follow-up and chase leads from webinars and email campaigns. Skills and Qualifications: • 1-3 years of prior BDR experience. • College experience with a minimum of associate degree and bachelor's preferred. • Natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow and develop your sales and technology skillset. • Ability to develop lasting customer relationships. • Dedication and commitment to long-term sales and technology training. • Ability to demonstrate resiliency in adverse situations.
