Job Title: Business Development RepresentativeJob DescriptionThis position requires someone who has the ability to multitask and prioritize as the position has many diverse responsibilities. Prior sales support is required as you will interact with the sales team daily and need an understanding of sales processes. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, not afraid to learn from hands-on training, and have excellent attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and assign leads to the sales team, including prospecting for new leadsManage the flow of incoming leadsCreate and maintain sales reportsAnalyze lead data conversion rates, cost of leads, etc.Work as a liaison with other groups in the company to help improve sales processesEssential SkillsSalesCustomer serviceAccount managementSales supportSales administrationSalesforce.comPrior sales support experience including reporting, lead tracking, list management, etc.Excellent attention to detailIntermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelOnline research experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience with ACT!, Goldmine, Salesforce.com, or other SFA toolBilingual is a plusWork EnvironmentThis is a field-based role with one headcount in Austin, TX or Houston, TX, and another in Northern NJ, commutable to NYC as needed. The ideal residing location for the NJ role is Jersey City or Hoboken. You'll spend your time 4-5 days a week getting surveys filled out to gain interest in the Hub Locker program.
