Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Develop strategies and work cross-functionally to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities both in and out of assigned accounts.
- Effectively negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
- Provide reports to management on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events (if applicable).
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed to accommodate client needs or deadlines.
