Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Actively manage and grow assigned customer accounts, including increasing the adoption of our digital tools for ordering.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to position East Coast Metal Distributors effectively.
- Ensure a balanced sales mix of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Work collaboratively to identify and grow opportunities in revenue and margin enhancement.
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior management.
- Achieve and maintain a high level of customer account digital engagement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Utilize our CRM tool to manage and grow assigned customer accounts effectively, keep detailed records of sales activities, and track customer interactions.
- Leverage our analytics tools to analyze sales data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Experience in HVAC or related industry is a plus.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
