About The Role
As one of the first members of this new team, you will be setting the gold standard for the BDR function and will play a pivotal role in Stuut's future growth and success. Your primary task will be to create interest in Stuut and guide prospects to evaluate our software. You will be making a high volume of phone calls (100+ a day) mixed with omnichannel prospecting (email and Linkedin).
You will handle lead qualification and help convert leads into clients in tandem with our Account Executives. The Business Development team is at the core of the Stuut go-to-market function and you will be closely mentored and developed by seasoned sales professionals.

What You'll Do
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients (100+ a day), introducing them to Stuut's solutions and assessing their needs
- Craft compelling email and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects and pique their interest in exploring Stuut's offerings
- Maintain a consistent and organized outreach schedule to ensure a steady flow of new leads.
- Work in tandem with our Sales organization to create personalized, targeted strategies to generate demand with executive leadership at target accounts
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand the unique selling points of Stuut and tailor messaging to resonate with executive-level decision-makers
- Act as a liaison between prospects and the sales team, facilitating smooth transitions and ensuring the sales team is equipped with the necessary information to close deals successfully. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of outreach methods and suggest improvements based on prospect responses and market dynamics

- You excel at building personal connections and fostering collaboration
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required
- BA/BS degree (or relevant work experience)
