The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, organized and out-of-box thinking individual who welcomes the challenge of acquiring and developing new business through influencing an established network of independent Midwestern Distributors/Dealers. This candidate will have the proven skills necessary to influence independent Farmer/Dealers to add or replace their current list of represented brands with the product line of this company. A possible candidate might be a Seed Treatment Salesperson who has a proven record of contracting with multiple Distributors/Dealers.. It is important the candidate of choice has a strong toehold in his/her regional Seed industry.***EMPLOYER WILL BE EXTREMELY NEGOTIABLE SALARY-WISE FOR THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL*** BENEFITS: 50% of Health Insurance Premium Paid by Company, IRA with Company Contribution, Pick-Up Truck, Company Credit Card for Vehicle Fuel, Meals, Etc.
