If so, Conax is looking for an Aerospace Business Development Specialist to join the Team!The Business Development Specialist - Aerospace is a mid-level strategic role that is responsible for achieving sales growth within an assigned vertical market. This will be accomplished through the development and execution of strong, data driven, market led, sales and marketing plans as well as creative product management. This role requires a self-starter with initiative, intellect and who leads by example. A tenacious hunter with an entrepreneurial spirit.The position is responsible for maximizing sales volume, profitability, and market share. This includes building and maintaining customer relationships and interfacing with the senior management team to assist in the development of budgets, sales strategies, sales policies, forecasts, reports, product/marketing and pricing strategies among other tactical and strategic activities as required. Travel up to 50% required.In short, this position is responsible for the sales, marketing, product management, and project management for this critical vertical which will result in filling the sales funnel with opportunities from new and existing customers. Opportunities will be developed directly with end users, OEM's, and PMA houses. The primary area of responsibility will be in the US but may engage and interact with our global network of direct salespeople and distributors.Salary ranges for this position are determined based on the job location and can be adjusted based on experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates.
