This position bridges sales and revenue operations, enhancing efficiency in client communications, proposal support, and CRM data management. This role will play a pivotal role in revenue operations by executing and refining key business development processes, improving communication workflows, and ensuring organized client data across our tools and resources. - Sales Resource Maintenance: Keep sales resources current and accessible, coordinating updates with relevant departments to enhance client engagement.
- Market and Competitor Insights: Conduct research on potential clients and competitors, summarizing insights to support business development.
- Onboarding and Revenue Operations Assistance: Coordinate client onboarding steps and facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Sales and Marketing Alignment: Support coordination of enablement materials with sales efforts, ensuring resources stay relevant to market and client needs
- CRM Data Support: Regularly update and manage the CRM database, ensuring all client and lead information is accurate, up-to-date, and organized to support cross-functional accessibility and use.
- Pipeline Tracking and Data Organization: Track pipeline stages, organizing data to provide the business development team with actionable insights.
- Proposal and Contract Assistance: Format and customize proposals and contracts using templates, ensuring professional, consistent client presentations.
- Pricing Development: Assist in developing competitive pricing strategies for products and services, working closely with the finance and sales teams.
- Client Correspondence: Manage communication with potential clients via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
- Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential clients and sales team members, ensuring availability and efficient use of time.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or CRM administration role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with contract and proposal processes is a plus.
- Project management or coordination experience is a plus.
