Professional Summary Dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with over 10 years of experience in the PROJECT CARGO for Oil & Gas fields and in the general project cargo environment.. Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders-EPC-. Market analysis, strategic planning, and executing business development initiatives to achieve organizational goals. The Oil/Gas projects cargo not to be limited to the USA market but generally what is also and-or mainly controlled in USA and related to other markets via the USA based ( EPCs ). Key Skills
  • Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and new business opportunities within the shipping industry. Develop and refine business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Partnership Development & Management: Identify and approach potential partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships. Negotiate and finalize cooperation agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Service Innovation & Customization: Collaborate with technical and service teams to develop innovative shipping solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients and partners.
  • Lead Generation & Commercial Support: Identify and qualify potential clients, engaging in proactive outreach and lead generation efforts. Support the commercial team in converting leads into clients.
  • Marketing & Branding: Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that promote shipping services and partnerships.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, including partnership growth, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.
