Their services include Business, Individual, State & Local tax, R&D Tax Credit, as well as International and Private Client services This Business Enterprise Advisory Senior Manager role will be based out of our Woburn, MA office. You'll work alongside an integrated team of seasoned, well-known CPAs and industry leaders. How you'll spend your time: Reviewing complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns, as well as compilations and reviews for auditStrategic planning for clients including advising on federal and state compliance issues Managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines Identifying tax planning opportunities Conducting constructive discussions with team members on their evaluations and providing counsel accordingly Serving in professional development programs as an instructor or discussion leader Seeking and developing new clients/business Working on compilations and reviews for auditThe kinds of people we want to talk to have many of the following: Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license or Masters of Science in Taxation 8+ years of prior experience working in the tax department of a public accounting, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff Excellent analytical and technical tax skillsExceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to client's management Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, and strong attention to detail The compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 – $200,000. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
