Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and contribute to consultations with both potential and existing clients
  • Evaluate the eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa statuses in the U.S.
  • Draft and manage H-1B, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, L-1 and O-1 visa cases
  • Assist attorneys with case intake, strategy development, and preparation of immigration applications and petitions
  • Communicate with clients about procedural updates and case processing, manage case statuses using case management systems
  • Monitor client profiles for changes and business opportunities
  • Update client database with any changes in contact information
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, communicating case progress and issues with attorneys, legal assistants, and the Business Development Department
  • Participate in exciting projects with our Legal Tech team on AI product development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business immigration law, with a focus on H-1B, EB-1, L-1 and O-1 cases preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse personalities within the firm
