Your role will be central in helping the organization leverage data as a strategic asset.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Manage BI Dashboards and Reports:Design, build, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. You'll ensure data is presented clearly, supporting actionable insights for stakeholders.Analyze Business Performance and Identify Trends:Conduct in-depth analyses of business performance metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You'll interpret data to provide insights that help teams make informed decisions.Support Data-Driven Decision-Making:Collaborate with key business units to understand their needs and deliver insights that drive strategic initiatives. You'll provide recommendations based on data analysis to influence business strategy.Ensure Data Quality and Accuracy:Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data sources are reliable, accurate, and accessible. You'll develop checks and balances to maintain data integrity in your analyses.Generate Ad-Hoc Reports for Various Stakeholders:Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to answer specific business questions. You'll be able to customize insights based on department needs and provide on-demand data insights.Optimize BI Tools and Processes:Continuously improve BI tools, reporting processes, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. You'll stay updated on the latest BI trends and integrate best practices.Train and Mentor Teams on BI Tools:Conduct training sessions to empower teams with the skills to use BI tools effectively. You'll help cultivate a data-driven culture by promoting data literacy across the organization.Required Skills:BI Tools Proficiency: Extensive experience with BI and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik. You know how to create interactive, meaningful dashboards that support business insights.Data Analysis and SQL Skills: Strong SQL skills to query and manipulate data from various databases. You can handle large datasets and perform complex data analysis.Business and Financial Acumen: Understanding of business metrics and KPIs, with the ability to translate data into insights that impact revenue, cost, and operational efficiency.Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to approach problems analytically and develop data-driven solutions. You're skilled at interpreting data in a way that is clear and impactful for decision-making.Communication and Storytelling: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into simple, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.Educational Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
